Prediction markets from Mexico
The world’s largest prediction markets were born in English and in dollars. This guide covers what you’ll find there that matters in Mexico, what to keep in mind before you start, and how to follow them in Spanish with Bomba.
The questions that matter to Mexico
- Interest rates. Every Banxico and Federal Reserve decision has its own market, with probabilities for “no change”, “hike” and “cut”.
- Economy. Mexico’s GDP growth, US inflation, the price of oil and other data that move the peso.
- Elections. Mexico’s, like the 2027 races for governor and state congress, and the world’s: the United States, Brazil, France and more.
- Companies and tech. Which company will be the biggest, quarterly earnings, artificial intelligence.
- Crypto, culture and sports. The price of bitcoin at the end of the month, the year’s awards, tournaments.
What to keep in mind before you start
- Language. The original markets are in English. In Bomba you see them in Spanish, with their rules one tap away.
- Currency. In Bomba you see amounts in pesos, but the markets settle in dollars: your balance is held in USDC, a digital dollar. The exchange rate between when you deposit and when you withdraw counts too.
- Times. Many markets close on US Eastern time or on UTC. Check the date and time in the rules.
- Volume. Markets on Mexican topics tend to have less volume than US ones. With low volume, the price is less reliable and your purchase moves it more.
- Risk. If your answer doesn’t happen, your position is worth zero. Use money you can afford to lose.
- The app’s rules. Before you start, read Bomba’s Terms and Privacy Notice.

Why one app
Prediction markets and futures are spread across many places, each with its own account, its own language and its own way to deposit. Bomba brings them together: one account, in Spanish, with pesos from your bank, plus futures on crypto, stocks and commodities.
What Bomba isn’t
Bomba doesn’t give investment advice or tell you what to buy. It shows you what the market expects, with the data you need to decide for yourself.
